One of the items on it is an interactive Johari window, at http://kevan.org/johari?name=kivi.shapiro: this is a page where you can select positive words to describe what you really think of Kivi. You also have the option of selecting negative words, but for that you'll have to go to http://kevan.org/nohari?name=kivi.shapiro.
Right. So you go to either of these pages, or both, and enter your choices, and there's a place for you to enter your name. Please do not enter your real name. I want this to be absolutely anonymous, in order to build up as unbiased a profile as possible. I recommend hitting a bunch of keys on your keyboard at random and using that as your name.
